Vineyard Kids on Sunday mornings
All children from infants to 4th grade are invited to join us during kids’ church on Sunday mornings. We like to spend time worshiping together, reading the Bible and talking about it, playing games, making crafts, and having fun any way we can while we learn what it’s like to live and love like our amazing friend and savior Jesus.
Kids Check-in Desk
As you enter the church, the Vineyard Kids check-in desk is located just outside the Family room down the hallway on your right. When arriving at the check-in desk, you will be greeted by a volunteer who will print a name tag for you and your child(ren). The name tag includes a security code to ensure the safety of your kids when you pick them up after the service. Stickers will also include any food allergies or sensitivities you would like us to be aware of. If there is an emergency with your child we will text the number given when you check them in.
Infant & Toddler Nursery
Our nursery provides quality childcare for sitting/crawling infants and toddlers through 36 months. During the service, your child can play with toys, have a goldfish or cheerio snack, hear a Bible story, sing some songs, and color a Bible coloring page!
We also have a private nursing room for mothers to care for their infants while listening to worship or the message. It has comfy chairs, a changing table, and toys; it’s located at the entrance of the hallway to the Vineyard Kids rooms across from the kitchen.
Preschool (4-5 year-olds)
In the preschool room, kids get to play with toys, participate in a bible story, and make a crafte are teaching exciting themes and concepts surrounding God’s love, creation, and worship, as well as important Kingdom values.
With each lesson is also a take-home page that allows parents to reinforce the ideas learned on Sunday every day of the week!
Elementary
(Kindergarten thru 4th grade)
Elementary-aged kids meet in the Family room, where we play games, worship, watch a fun and engaging bible story and discuss it, and make a craft! In each service, kids get to learn a truth from the Bible, how God loves them, and how to apply it to their lives!
With each lesson, we send a take-home page with each child to help parents reinforce the ideas learned on Sunday throughout the week!
